My passion for cooking began with my mother and the experience of growing up in a family with six siblings. Some of my fondest memories are gathered around the table enjoying the incredible Mexican meals she lovingly prepared for all of us. As a teenager, I found myself constantly by her side in the kitchen, asking questions and eager to learn every recipe and technique she knew.

As she taught me the dishes that had been passed down from her own mother, cooking became more than a skill; it became a way to connect with my family, culture, and heritage. Before long, I was taking over the kitchen and preparing meals for my family myself. With every new dish I created, I discovered the joy that food can bring to others, and seeing their happiness brought me just as much joy.

Today, that passion continues to inspire me. I dream of traveling the world, sharing my food with people from every corner of the earth; from north to south and east to west; while learning about the flavors, traditions, and cuisines of other cultures.
